These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of syla.one (the “Site”) and its content. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What This Site Is

Syla One is an informational and marketing site for the Syla ecosystem — Syla Travel, Syla eSIM, Syla Social, Syla Business, and Syla Flow. It lets you learn about these products, read our blog and guides, contact us, and subscribe to updates. Booking a trip, activating an eSIM, or using any other product feature happens on that product’s own site (for example travel.syla.one or esim.syla.one), which may have its own additional terms. Where a product’s terms conflict with this document for that product, the product’s own terms govern.

2. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the contact form, newsletter signup, or any other feature to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to access accounts, administrative areas, or data you are not authorized to access.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or attempt to bypass its security or rate-limiting controls.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Site in a way that places unreasonable load on it or that violates applicable law.
• Use the Site to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

We may suspend or block access for anyone we reasonably believe is violating these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site’s text, design, graphics, and the Syla name and logos are owned by Syla or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share Site pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The Site links to the other Syla products and to third-party sites (for example airline, hotel, or network operator sites). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of sites we do not operate. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.

5. No Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — to the extent permitted by applicable law — warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content on it is complete, current, or accurate. Nothing on this Site is professional, financial, legal, medical, or travel advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Syla will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

We may update the Site or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
